These candidates should meet a large majority of the position requirements or have experience in related work.Position Requirements: * Strong mechanical ability a must * Ability to lift 45 or more pounds * Possess a clean driving history and active drivers license * Proficiency in one of the following tools; wall saw, core drill, flat saw, compressor tools a PLUS * Because we are a service driven company, hours will vary based on customer needs. Opportunities for travel and/or overtime exist so open availability is a must.Additional Skills: Soft demolition experiences a plus. Commercial construction experience is preferred Bobcat and backhoe experience a plus but not essentialPosition Duties: * Interact with job site supervisors / customers * Responsibility of job related paperwork & pre-task planning * Inspection, general maintenance, and cleanliness of all company equipment * Daily interaction with Penhall Company dispatch, admin and management personnel * Transportation, use and maintenance of Penhall Company equipment to include, but not limited to: diamond blades, flat saw, core drill, wall saw, jackhammer & small tools* This position travels 10-15% of the time (mostly w/in 100 miles and occasionally over 100 miles).**For those with little or no experience the payscale starts at $15 per hour to start with the ability to get in the low to mid $20's within a year.
